Dr. Krishna Reddy Chittedi, is Assistant Professor at School of Economics, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana. Dr. Krishna Reddy Chittedi has been awarded "Prof M J Manohar Rao Young Economist Award” for the year 2015 from the Indian Econometric Society (TIES), New Delhi. Dr Reddy also Received Prof. KN Raj Teacher Fellowship-2016 from Centre for Development Studies, Trivandrum, India. Dr Reddy has published several research papers in leading journals (Energy (Elsevier), Renewable Energy (Elsevier), Management of Environmental Quality: An International Journal (Emerald), International Journal of finance and economics (Wiley) etc) and in National and International conference proceedings and two books in his credit. Dr. Reddy is currently reviewer for more than twenty research journals and serving as editorial board member for five international journals. He is also popular writer in leading Telugu newspapers (Eendau and Sakshi etc) actively participate discussions and debates in TV channels (ETV,TNEWS, DD and V6) on contemporary issues.  Under guidance of Dr Reddy two PhD and one MPhil awarded. He also extending services as a subject expert for various Public Service commissions in India. His research papers have more than 670 citations. Dr Reddy delivered more than 100 invited lectures across the country

  • Awarded India’s Prestigious Prof MJ Manohar Rao Young Economist Award 2015 from Indian Econometric Society (TIES), New Delhi. The award consists of cash prize and a citation. The award was presented during the 52nd Annual Conference of the Indian Econometric Society, held at IIM, Kozhikode, from 4th to 6th January, 2016.
